Technical Extensions:
1. High-Voltage Safety:The test loop includes insulation monitoring and active discharge circuits. When the door opens or the emergency stop is triggered, the high-voltage terminal voltage drops below 60V in less than 1 seconds to ensure operator safety.
2. Balanced Verification:Simulate cell voltage variations to verify the BMS passive/active balancing activation thresholds and current, ensuring long-term consistency across the battery pack.
3. Thermal Runaway Simulation:Simulate cell overheating using a heater or high-current injection to verify that the BMS thermal management strategy and alarm logic comply with GB38031 requirements.
4. Diagnosis & FlashingSupports the UDS protocol stack to automatically execute DTC read/clear, sensor calibration, and firmware OTA updates, while recording version numbers and checksums before and after flashing.
