1. Probe Selection:Select INGUN/QA probes based on test point density (minimum spacing 0.5mm); use coaxial shielded probes for high-frequency signals and parallel multi-pin configurations for high-current points.
2. ESD Full-Chain Protection:Fixture surface resistance <10⁹Ω with real-time ground loop monitoring; software locks if electrostatic voltage exceeds limits.
3. Easy to maintain:Reserved air-blow cleaning port for periodic removal of oxide from probe tips. Probe lifespan counter with automatic replacement reminder upon expiration.
4. Acoustic/Optical Window Integration:Microphone/speaker test ports embedded in a sealed chamber; camera test port integrated with a quartz glass window and light source mount.
